Povrat/Refund
Povrat naručene robe vršimo u slučaju da isporučeni/dostavljeni proizvod ne odgovara naručenom proizvodu.
Razlog može biti da se desila greška u *SERVISU za izradu (zamjena proizvoda, što je minimalno moguće jer svaku narudžbu prati broj) ili da se desila greška prilikom izrade naručenog proizvoda.
Refund
We return the ordered goods in case the delivered / delivered product does not match the ordered product.
The reason may be that an error occurred in the * SERVICE for production (replacement of the product, which is the minimum possible because each order is accompanied by ID number) or that an error occurred during the production of the ordered product.
