Za kompliciranije proizvode koji se trebaju šivati prema Vašoj narudžbi nakon printa/tiska/štampe najvjerojatnije je potreban minimalno još jedan ili dva radna dana tako da je isporuka za takve proizvode cca. 5-9 radnih dana nakon Vaše uplate i naručivanja unikatnog proizvoda.
EXPRESS RATE je bila u upotrebi prije pojave koronavirusa COVID-19 ali je trenutno ukinuta u EU na određeno vreme iz razloga što kurirske službe unutar EU trenutno nisu u mogućnosti održati termine isporuke za EXPRESS RATE dok je navedena isporuka moguća jedino u pojedinim državama unutar USA.
Rizik gubitka, oštećenja i vlasništva nad proizvodima prelazi na Vas nakon isporuke proizvoda *SERVISA prijevozniku na isporuku. Kupac u suradnji/kontaktu sa https://www.borisbjelajac.com preuzima odgovornost podnošenja zahtjeva prijevozniku za izgubljenu pošiljku ako praćenje prijevoznika ukazuje da je proizvod isporučen. U tom slučaju *SERVIS neće izvršiti povrat novca i neće ponovno poslati proizvod. Za korisnike u Europskom gospodarskom prostoru rizik gubitka, oštećenja i vlasništva nad proizvodima prelazi na kupca kada steknete fizičko posjedovanje proizvoda.
Ako praćenje prijevoznika ukaže da je proizvod izgubljen u prijevozu, kupac može podnijeti pismeni zahtjev za zamjenu (ili priložiti račun) izgubljenog proizvoda u skladu s Pravilima povrata *SERVISA i https://www.borisbjelajac.com . Za proizvode izgubljene u tranzitu, svi zahtjevi moraju se podnijeti najkasnije 30 dana nakon predviđenog datuma isporuke. Svi takvi zahtjevi podliježu provjeri *SERVISA i https://www.borisbjelajac.com prema vlastitom nahođenju.
